I know this is, like, the most boring blog series ever, but I’ve somehow written about my leaking bathroom several times now, so I thought I’d write one more update.
So last you heard they re-routed my hot water from the pipes in the way, to some plastic, jerry-rigged piping. I wrote “I’m just waiting for the day it begins to leak,” but I have to wait no longer. Houston, we have leakage. (Ewwww, that sounds kinda gross.)
I noticed a pretty wet bathroom floor in the morning, and I take a closer look to see the constant drip-drip-drip.
Luckily the part that is leaking is in my shower area, so it can get wet and not bother anyone, but it’s the first little leak and I’m going to guess more will shortly follow. Oh well, I only have a few months left here so not my problem! (And if you’re worried about the water bill, don’t be. Last months was $1.25 so even if it dripped twice as much I’d still be only paying $2.50.)

Oh no, Becky! I guess at least it’s only leaking in your bathroom, which is definitely more manageable than having a puddle in your living room or bedroom. Hang in there!
