My "Darling" Students

Today we were playing a trivia game and for fun, some of the questions were about me. One of the questions they chose was “What is my favorite movie?”
I knew that they had no clue, so I gave them a hint.
“It’s a movie that came out when I was a kid. I’ve loved it since I was young,” I said hinting at Star Wars.
The conferred with each other for a minute and then said, “Gone With the Wind?”
“Dammit, I’m not THAT old!”
Just another day as a foreign teacher in China. And yes, they were serious.
